In 1883 when brothers Ramon and Jose Godoy bought it this farm they started sowing coffee: bourbon and typica. Since then very focused on coffee quality and always following the traditional methods of sowing and cultivation using shade. Today 3 generations later the farm is still in the hands of the Godoy Family and is managed by Brothers Alfredo and Miguel Medina Godoy who continue to apply traditional techniques adapted to new technologies but not leaving aside the most important thing is to take care of the quality and environment. Santa Clara today has more than 15 varieties of coffee to accommodate all tastes ... even the most DEMANDING!
